1. Data controller
VALV ENTERPRISES, S.L.U. · NRT L-715354-Y · Avinguda Príncep Benlloch, 30, Andorra la Vella · hola@eficienciartificial.com. Appointing a data protection officer is not mandatory for this activity; for any question about personal data, write to the address above.
2. What data we process and why
Contact and initial study forms: name, company, email, phone (optional), sector, team size and the message you write. Purpose: to reply to your request, prepare the initial study and, if you hire us, manage the professional relationship.
Email and WhatsApp: the data you provide when writing to us, to handle your enquiry.
Web analytics: aggregated, anonymous browsing data (pages viewed, country, device) through a tool with no cookies or personal identifiers, hosted in the EU. No individual profile is built.
Clients: contact and billing data needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Information requests and initial study: your consent and the pre-contractual steps you request. Clients: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax). Anonymous analytics: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, with no impact on your privacy.
4. Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract: 12 months from the last contact. Clients: for the duration of the relationship and the subsequent legal periods (accounting and tax obligations). Analytics: aggregated data with no expiry date, as it cannot identify you.
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or share your data. Only providers needed for the service (web hosting and email) located in Andorra or the European Economic Area, under a data processing agreement, have access to it. No international transfers to third countries take place. When we provide local AI services, your company's data stays on your own infrastructure: we do not process it on ours or on any third party's.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@eficienciartificial.com with a copy of your ID. We will reply within the legal time limit. If you believe we have not handled your request, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA, www.apda.ad) or, if you live in the EU, to the supervisory authority of your country (in Spain, the AEPD, www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or third-party cookies. It may only use strictly necessary technical storage (for example, to remember your chosen language). That is why no cookie banner is shown.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, backups and data minimisation. If a security breach affects your data, we will notify the authority and, where appropriate, you, within the time limits set by Llei 29/2021.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the latest version is shown on this page.
