A 60-minute video call or visit with the people who know the processes. A 2-3 page report: 3-5 prioritised use cases, recommended architecture, indicative hardware, estimate of hours and timelines, risks. And an honest answer if local AI isn't right for you.
Extended audit · paid, deductible from the hour bank
1-2 days of work: inventory of data sources and systems, a RAG test with 200-500 real documents and accuracy measurement, exact hardware sizing, and a detailed technical and financial proposal.
